Subscribing to an Image Feed

In order to view a feed from your organization, you will have to subscribe or sign-up for that feed, or an Administrator will have to subscribe you to the feed.

If your organization decides to allow users to subscribe themselves, they will provide you with a website to sign-up.

Use your web browser to go to that website and follow the directions below.

1. On the User Login page, click on the Sign-Up link in the lower right corner of the page.
   
   
2. Fill out the form (be sure "Subscribe to Feeds" is set to "Yes"), then press NEXT. NOTE: Be sure to note down your username and password. You will need these to view feeds when your subscription has been approved.
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Location that you would like to view. The location name will be given to you by your organization. Then press Next - Select Feeds.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the feeds you would like to view, then press Finish.
   
   
   
   
5. The next page will summarize Feeds and Location for which you have requested access.
   
   
   
   
6. When your subscription has been approved, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you informing you that you can now use your username and password to view feeds using the RimLife Desktop Client or RimLife Mobile Client.
   
   
7. You can view the status of your pending requests and approved subscriptions by logging into the system.
